e-safety for Children

At Wimborne Junior School, we understand how important it is to allow your child the independence to use technology, whilst at the same time doing so in a safe way. Every year, in line with the National Curriculum, we teach e-safety lessons based around:

  • how to use technology safely, respectfully and responsibly
  • how to recognise acceptable and unacceptable behaviour
  • how to identify and report concerns about online material

Find below a selection of resources that we use in school and that you could use with your child to teach the importance of staying safe online.
